Ochsner Sport has officially become the main partner of the 2025 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships, set to take place in Valais, Switzerland. The partnership is a major step in the sports retailer’s efforts to strengthen its ties with Swiss cycling, with mountain biking legend Nino Schurter joining the campaign as a brand ambassador.
The prestigious event, which will be held from August 30 to September 14, 2025, will be hosted across multiple venues in the Valais region. As the official main partner, Ochsner Sport is adding significant support to the event, further solidifying its position as a leader in the Swiss sports retail market.
This partnership aligns with Ochsner Sport’s long-term commitment to supporting Swiss sports. In addition to existing partnerships with organizations like Swiss Olympic, the Swiss Football Association, and Swiss-Ski, the World Championships provide an excellent platform to connect with Switzerland’s active, cycling-focused community.
Marco Greco, Head of Marketing at Ochsner Sport, emphasized the importance of the partnership, stating, “Switzerland has always been a mountain bike country, as demonstrated by its impressive successes in recent years. As the main partner of the World Championships, we are sending a strong message of our deep connection with Swiss cycling.”
In addition to the sponsorship, Ochsner Sport will be actively involved in various activities during the World Championships.
