Antalya is gearing up to host the highly anticipated Trans Taurus Mountain Bike Race once again. This event brings cyclists from around the globe to tackle the rugged trails of the Taurus Mountains. Scheduled from April 10 to April 13, the race promises an exciting journey through Turkey’s stunning landscapes.
The Course
The race will take place in the picturesque Kemer region. It features a challenging four-day, 200-kilometer course that winds through high-altitude mountain roads, cedar forests, and remote villages. Participants can choose from three categories: mountain bike, electric mountain bike, and gravel. This variety allows enthusiasts to experience the race in different ways.
Highlighting Kemer as a Cycling Destination
This year’s slogan, “The Heart of Cycling Beats in Kemer,” highlights the region’s growing appeal as a cycling destination. As riders navigate the challenging terrain, they will pass through traditional Yörük villages. This gives them a chance to experience Turkish hospitality firsthand while testing their endurance on steep climbs and descents.
Event Details
The race kicks off with a 20-kilometer prologue stage in Kemer’s Mustafa Ertuğrul Aker Park. Over the next three days, riders will cover approximately 60 kilometers each day, facing increasingly challenging elevations. The final stage concludes back in Kemer, where winners will be honored at an awards ceremony.

With 140 athletes from various countries participating, the event is expected to further establish Antalya as a premier destination for mountain biking tourism. The race is organized by Enduro Organization & Sky Events, with support from major sponsors and local authorities. It aims to boost the region’s appeal for adventure seekers worldwide.
