The Reframing MTB Conference will return to Bristol in 2025, scheduled for March 7th and 8th. Tickets are now available for purchase.

This year’s event will be co-hosted by local group Ride Bristol. Reframing MTB continues its mission to make mountain biking more inclusive, sustainable, and enjoyable for everyone.

On Friday, March 7th, the mountain biking community will gather for talks from inspiring speakers and workshop sessions designed to share knowledge and spark new ideas. Later in the evening, attendees will have the chance to explore Bristol’s trails and vibrant nightlife. Saturday, March 8th, will be open to the public, with an outdoor focus. The event will take participants to the trails, where they’ll meet volunteers and community leaders who contribute to the sport’s growth.

Reframing MTB was founded in 2022 by Henry Norman (Ride Sheffield), Manon Carpenter, and Aneela McKenna (Mòr Diversity). The initiative aims to tackle barriers within UK mountain biking and drive meaningful change through action.

Ride Bristol, the event’s co-host, is dedicated to protecting and maintaining the city’s mountain bike trails, alongside fundraising efforts and community-building activities. The conference invites a broad audience, including representatives from trail associations, bike retailers, brands, media, policymakers, landowners, and community groups. The 2024 conference, co-hosted by Ride Sheffield, welcomed 60 delegates, and organizers expect even greater attendance in 2025.

Reframing MTB 2025 is made possible by the support of the University of Bristol and a range of sponsors, to be announced soon.
