Ski season is in full swing, and now is the time to secure an Epic Pass, which offers significant savings on lift tickets. The last day to purchase the pass for the 2024-2025 season is December 2, 2024. This pass provides unrestricted access to over 40 mountain resorts, including several international locations.
The Epic Pass is currently priced at $1,107 for adults and $546 for kids. It allows skiers to enjoy a variety of resorts without the hassle of buying individual lift tickets. For those looking for more flexibility, the Epic Day Pass is also available until December 2. This pass can save users up to 65% compared to regular ticket prices. For example, a one-day pass for Vail or Park City costs $123, which is up to $206 less than typical lift ticket prices.
Courtney Goldstein, chief marketing officer for Vail Resorts,
emphasized the importance of value and flexibility for guests planning their winter activities. “That’s why we created the Epic Day Pass,” she stated. This option allows skiers to customize their pass based on their preferred resorts and the number of days they plan to ski, with options ranging from one to seven days.
As many popular resorts have already opened for the season, including Vail and Breckenridge, now is the perfect time to purchase a pass.
Whistler Blackcomb in Canada is set to open soon as well.
In addition to slope access, Epic Pass holders receive a 20% discount on group ski lessons, on-mountain food and beverages, lodging, and equipment rentals.
Moreover, Vail Resorts will hold a lodging sale starting November 25, offering up to 30% off room rates at its mountain resorts. Pass holders will have early access to this sale before it opens to the public on November 26. Reservations can be made through December 3.
