The event will not only help participants sharpen their skills but also strengthen ties within the outdoor community through free film nights, gear demos, and collaborative events with local businesses.
A Lasting Impact
The Arc’teryx Backcountry Academy aims to leave a lasting impact on the Mammoth community by providing accessible, high-quality education that empowers individuals to explore the outdoors safely. Beyond technical skills, the Academy emphasizes environmental stewardship, ensuring participants learn how to protect the backcountry they love. This ethos will be integral to all aspects of the Academy, including clinics and gear care services at the Vendor Village.
