August 14, 2024 – Vail Resorts is enhancing accessibility to skiing and snowboarding across Australia with its new offering for the 2025 winter season: the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass. This innovative pass promises up to 40% savings compared to regular lift ticket prices.
Today marks the launch of this year’s lowest price for all 2025 passes, including the highly sought-after Epic Australia Pass. Priced at $999 for adults, this pass provides access to local and premier resorts globally.
The newly introduced Epic Australia 4-Day Pass is designed for those who ski or snowboard occasionally. At $549, this pass translates to just $138 per day, offering four days of lift access to be used non-consecutively throughout the season. The pass can be redeemed at Perisher, Falls Creek, and Hotham starting in winter 2025. This flexibility allows skiers and snowboarders to lock in their savings now and decide later when and where to hit the slopes.
In addition to the lift access, pass holders will benefit from further savings on the overall skiing experience. This includes discounts on lessons, rentals, accommodation, food, and beverages.

All passes are available for purchase ahead of the 2025 snow season and offer substantial savings for those who commit early. Passes are non-refundable.
Additionally, Vail Resorts is set to debut the high-speed, six-person chairlift, known as the ‘Mt Perisher 6,’ for the 2025 season. This new lift will elevate Perisher’s status with the highest lift point in Australia at 2,042 meters, enhance resort capacity, and help distribute skiers more efficiently across the 46 lifts spanning Perisher’s four resort areas, thereby reducing wait times and improving overall flow.
