The 14th annual Life Time Tahoe Trail MTB returns to Northstar Resort in Tahoe for a weekend filled with mountain biking excitement and family-friendly activities in one of the nation’s premier recreation destinations.
Over 700 cyclists are set to descend upon the Lake Tahoe area to compete in the 100K and 50K mountain bike races. Participants are traveling from 32 states and three countries to join the event. The diverse group of riders ranges in age from 14 to 74 years old.
The race presents a formidable challenge with a 50-kilometer loop course offering stunning views of Lake Tahoe, rocky summits, and expansive pine forests. Cyclists will tackle nearly 4,500 feet of elevation gain per lap on a mix of flowing singletrack trails and rugged mountain Jeep roads. Those opting for the 100K course have the chance to earn one of 50 qualifier coins for the prestigious Life Time Leadville Trail 100 MTB, presented by Kenetik, in Leadville, Colorado.
